Our condos sit at Kauai Kailani on Kuhio Highway in Kapaa, right on the water on the sunny east side of the island. The beach is 100 feet from the lanai. One pool is 20 feet away. The coastal bike path starts around the corner, and the grocery store, Starbucks and a dozen restaurants are a walk down the street.
We use vacation rentals when we travel, so we know what makes a stay work. Free assigned parking. Air conditioning. Fast Wi-Fi. A kitchen you can actually cook in. No resort fees on top of your rate. And a host who answers within the hour, every time.
All three sit in the same beachfront building at Kauai Kailani, so groups traveling together can book side by side.

No. There are no resort fees at any of our Kauai condos. Pool, beach and recreation room access are all included in your rate.
The sand is about 100 feet from the condos. Waipouli Beach is 350 feet away and there is a lifeguarded beach roughly 100 yards down the shore.
Yes. Units 105 and 311 come with a free assigned parking space on site, and there is free parking on premises for guests at 311A.
Lihue Airport is about seven miles away, a short drive down Kuhio Highway.
Yes. All three Kauai condos are in the same beachfront building, so groups can book two or three units together. Get in touch and we will check what is open across all of them.
Our Mammoth Lakes condo welcomes up to two dogs for a pet fee. The Kauai condos are not pet friendly.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. For Mammoth, check-out is at 11:00 AM.
