This stylish 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo combines modern finishes with a warm, inviting feel. The open-concept kitchen and living space makes it easy to stay connected, whether you’re preparing a meal, sharing stories from the slopes, or cozying up by the wood-burning fireplace.

The newly updated kitchen features modern appliances, a large sink, generous counter space, and seating for four at the breakfast bar. A quaint dining table provides an additional spot to enjoy meals together.

The living room offers a comfortable couch, a large flat-screen Smart TV, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace—the perfect place to unwind after a day on the mountain.

The primary bedroom features a queen memory-foam mattress, Smart TV, dresser, and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a modern tiled walk-in shower, rain showerhead, and handheld wand.

The second bedroom includes one full and one twin memory-foam bed—an ideal setup for kids, friends, or additional guests. The second full bathroom features a tub/shower combination with a tiled surround and rain showerhead.

For your comfort and convenience, all essential amenities are provided, including shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and bath towels. Newly installed dual-pane windows, added in October 2024, provide extra comfort and efficiency throughout the condo.

Centrally located in town and pet-friendly, this welcoming condo is the perfect home base for your Mammoth getaway. Come make lasting memories!

You’ll have the entire condo to yourself—nothing is shared. Self check-in and check-out is easy with the keypad entry, so you can arrive and settle in at your convenience with no unnecessary host interaction.

During your stay, enjoy access to the condominium complex’s shared amenities, including a seasonal outdoor pool, three enclosed hot tubs, three saunas, and laundry facilities. Please note that the pool is open during the summer months only.

Parking is available for up to two vehicles. Spaces are unassigned, and the complex does not offer covered parking. The condo is conveniently located on the first floor, with just a couple of steps down to enter the unit.

Set within a private, centrally located complex, you’ll be within walking distance of grocery stores and restaurants. The free town shuttle is just steps away, providing easy access to The Village, Lakes Basin, and Mammoth Mountain.
